Who's to say what is proper? What if it were agreed that 'proper' meant wearing a codfish on your head? Would you wear it?

Shoes...
I have quite a love of shoes and today I got another lovely pair for summer! They are extremely cute, I love the bow and they are very comfortable. I am looking forward to wearing them a lot.
